Evaluasi Kebijakan Sistem Angkutan Umum Massal

Abstract

This study aims to examines thepolicy evaluation in mass transportation. Focus of the research is to see how far implementation ofmass transportation in Pekanbaru called Transmetro Pekanbaru reducing traffict jam since 2009.This study use description analysis with deep interview as an instrument of measurement. Thedata were analyzed using interaktif modeling Miles and Hubermen (1984) with research taksonomy.The result showing that policy implementation not yet as public expectation, because there arethree aspect that is technics aspect, management aspect and legal aspect not compiled with optimum.
