Abstract


This study aimed toanalyze the effect of an increase in work performance and motivation through a mutation in theBadan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Siak. This study used quantitative paradigm approach to thetype of survey. Survey conducted all employees at BKD Siak totaling 35 people. The resultsshowed evidence that the implementation of both mutations affect the performance of the employeesat work. It is also a good motivation from within or from outside the civil employees of theemployment policy as well as make his performance better. Also proved the two variables have asignificant impact on job performance.
