EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN KPU TENTANG SUSUNAN ORGANISASI DAN TATAKERJA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Commission Regulation No. 6 of2008 on the organizational structure and functioning of the secretariat of the Commission RiauProvince. This research is a descriptive analysis. The population in this study was a civil servantin the Riau Provincial Election Commission Secretariat, amounting to 35 people and all of thesampled census method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive technique.The result showed that the results of the organizational structure of policy implementation andadministration of the KPU secretariat Riau Province, which is seen from the six dimensions accordingto Grindle interests, types of benefits, the degree of change, the location of decision-making,program implementation and resource dilihatkan, that strongly agree and 42.9% agreed with thisanswer means that the KPU secretariat is optimal in providing support to the Commission for theperformance of the commissioner. Located on the highest item program implementers, while thelowest in the resources deployed.
