Abstract


The purposeof this research study is to determine employee performance, leadership behavior and employeecommitment as well as analyzing the relationship of leadership behavior and employee commitmentto employee job performance individually and together on the Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan danAset (BPKA) Rokan Hulu. This study uses survey research methods with quantitative researchapproaches. The study population was all Civil Servants in the environment DPKA totaling 150people and set the sample with stratified random sampling method as much as 30% of the populationor 50 people. The data used are primary data is data of employee performance, leadership behaviorand employee commitment to the data. Techniques of data collection by observation andquestionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman Rank correlation test (Rho).The result showed that the performance of the employee agree with the answer as much as 40.7%,which means employees have accomplished. Leadership behaviors agree with the answer asmuch as 43.3%, which means the leader has a good behavior. Employee commitment in workingwith the answer as much as 41.9% agree that it means an employee already has a commitment towork as well in having confidence, willingness, loyalty, and pride.
