Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factorsthat influence the accountability of public services at Head Office Logas Regency KuantanSingingi Land Army. This research was conducted in the District Land Army Logas SingingiKuantan District, which are the subject of research is service providers and service recipients.Data collected by interview and observation techniques, once the data collected were analyzedusing descriptive analysis that promotes qualitative techniques. The results showed that thepublic service akuntabilitasi Logas Land Army Head Office concluded that accountability is seenfrom the quality of the service is still running pretty well. While the factors that affect theaccountability of public services in the Office of the Land Army Head Logas Singingi RegencyKuantan is the dominant factor of consciousness.
