Abstract


This studyaims to analyze the influence of organizational climate and organizational culture on employeeperformance rectorate Riau University either simultaneously or partially. The research method usedis descriptive and verification, while the sample of this study were employees of the UniversityRectorate Riau, both honorary and the PNS. The population in this study is as much as 177 peoplewith the determination of a sample of 66 people. Analysis of the data in this study are quantitativelyusing multiple linear regression. The results showed that the computation results are statisticallyobtained multiple correlation coefficient (R) value 0.329 means that there is a positive relationshipbetween the independent variables (organizational climate and organizational culture) simultaneouslyon the dependent variable (performance) employees rectorate University of Riau. The result valueof coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.108, which means that 10.8% of the organizational climateand organizational culture affects employee performance rectorate Riau University.
